Description
One slot holds a one-piece (or fully assembled) tenor recorder or similarly-sized instrument. It’s wide enough to accommodate the larger bell and fontanelle of most keyed Renaissance tenors.
Case has an interior pocket for cork grease, bore oil, or other small items and a carrying handle.
Note: While the photos show a case in a custom color, the default is black if no custom color is specified!
The case’s exterior is a dense cotton canvas with a water repellent treatment, and it’s lined with soft untreated cotton canvas with high-loft batting for padding. Machine washable, although the exterior will need to be re-treated afterward to regain its water repellency.
Dimensions:
27” high x 5” wide
Note: The slot widths are approximate and the padding adds a certain amount of bulk. The case will fit most models but if you have non-standard accessories or would like to use the case for other instruments such as oboes with larger bells, it’s best to err on the larger side.
