SSAATTBB Renaissance Consort Roll has seven slots for seven one-piece instruments, including two sopranos, two altos (such as one F and one G or just two of the same), two tenors (one slot is slightly larger, to accommodate a tenor with a key and fontanelle), and one basset. The full length slot for the basset has a small pocket at the top so that the cap can be removed to let the instrument air out effectively. There’s also a padded pocket on the outside for a bocal or other items. Three straps, handle, and D-rings with an included shoulder strap.

The case’s exterior is a dense cotton canvas with a water repellent treatment, and it’s lined with soft untreated cotton canvas with high-loft batting for padding. Machine washable, although the exterior will need to be re-treated afterward to regain its water repellency.
